Brief description of the property:
The apartment has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and has a modern feel throughout. The living accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge complete with 42" wall mounted plasma TV. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with all the modern appliances, including dishwasher & washing machine. Prices include linen & towels (but not pool towels). The patio doors from the lounge lead onto the very spacious terrace area with a solid wood dining table seats 6, top of the range gas barbeque, very large corner lounger, coffee table, all enclosed/or open with our fabulous glass curtains ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining all year round. Special Events & Places of Interest:
The nearby town of Los Alcazares (10 mins) is a great place for beaches & restaurants a couple of our favourites are RUN (Asian/Tha) and La Diva (International cuisine), both are located in the main pedestrianised square area. The historic cities of Murcia & Cartagena are within easy reach by car, and both offer a cosmopolitan blend of shopping. About a 30 minutes drive is the traditional fishing village of Cado de Palos, the restaurants around the harbour are well worth a visit, especially for those who like their fish & seafood !! You will find the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are just a 10 minute drive away, the beaches stretch for miles and the still waters are ideal for children, and for those who enjoy walking the promenade along the beaches is great. About a 30 minutes drive is the traditional fishing village of Cado de Palos, the restaurants around the harbour are well worth a visit, especially for those who like their fish & seafood. |
